Do you have questions? That's not surprising. There is only one Food Design Playground in the world and we often do things a little differently. Below is a list of frequently asked questions. Is your question not listed? Feel free to contact us.
Food Design Playground

You can certainly enjoy delicious and unique food at our restaurant, but we do not have regular opening hours. We work with pop-up dinners that are always different. It's a bit like a theater, which also always has different programming, and you buy tickets for the performance you want to see. It's the same here. So keep an eye on the events and subscribe to the newsletter. That way, you'll always be up to date on the activities and can make sure you get your tickets in time. For groups of 10 or more, you can also book your own private dinner or lunch.
Food design playground is located in the monumental city center of Dordrecht. It is recommended to come by public transport or by bicycle. We have our own (not guarded) bicycle shed. From the central station it is about a 15-minute walk to the playground.
If you do come by car, park in parking garage Drievriendenhof on the korte kolfstraat and of course there are also spots on the street. You can also check the website of the municipality of Dordrecht.
Food design playground is definitely wheelchair accessible. We have an elevator and a wheelchair-friendly restroom.

No, we don't. We play in the playground.
We do indeed have a beautiful garden with herbs and vegetables and a Silent Seeds Permaculture project by Sylvia Avontuur. Unfortunately, this garden is not available for events.
